Join us at the first Forest Event of the year – at Totara Park!

This will be a fun morning of orienteering around the beautiful green spaces in Totara Park, The Gardens, Auckland.

Event info

• Location: Totara Park (Wairere Road entrance – bottom entrance to Totara Park)
• Date: Sunday 16 March 2025
• First start: 10am
• Last start: 12 noon
• Course closure: 2pm

Courses available

• White (approx 2.0km)
• Yellow (approx 2.5-3.5km)
• Orange (3-4km)
• Red Short (3-4km)
• Red Long (6-7km)

Tip: If you are a beginner orienteer or this is your first time, we recommend starting with a White course. If you have any questions about whether you should really be doing that Red course when you’ve never orienteered before, please come see our friendly volunteers at Registration and we can talk about it! 

Fees and entries

• Under 10 = Free!
• Junior = $10
• Senior = $20
• Family = $50 max
• Non-club levy = $5 individual, $15 family (find out how to join our orienteering club here!)
• SportIdent hire fee = $3 each
