Summer Series

This event will go ahead with the following rules COVID-19 under the new Red traffic light system:

Please note that for the safety of all we are requesting that those over 12 years old must be double vaccinated. We appreciate this may not sit well with everyone but we are simply following guidelines and advice provided through Government and Sporting Councils.

The event start times will run from 4.30pm – 6pm

For those who would like a run in the park please note the following event rules:

1. This will be a free event because we are not allowed to touch cash
2. The orienteering caravan will be at the start finish area for you to collect your maps from
3. Please scan the QR code or record you have been there on the sheet.
4. On arrival one person from the family is to collect the maps for their family
5. You  record your own start and finish time on your map –  there will be no results recorded
6. The controls will be the normal controls with a number on the top and an orienteering red and white flag  attached
7. You do not clip the control only sight it. There will be no clipcards.
8. When you finish you take your map and go directly back to your car and return home.
9. Please apply social distancing at all times
